Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Delivery times are normally within 2 to 5 working days but
obviously subject to stock availability. We make every effort to
get goods to you as rapidly as possible. All deliveries are
notified to you in advance. Deliveries booked at exact times are
not possible.
Please note that when paying by credit card delivery must be to
the cardholders address!
All products are delivered brand new and boxed by our carrier
throughout UK. Please check goods are correct and free of damage
at time of delivery. If damage is found upon arrival and
inspection email us immediately and we can make arrangements with
the carrier to return goods and re-arrange delivery. If damage is
found subsequently we must be notified in writing or email within
48 hours of delivery and we will notify the carrier for
collection.
RETURNS
In the event that your product has a defect or if there was an
error with your shipment, please email us and we will facilitate
your return.
The company will accept returns within 7 days of your receipt of
the product if you are not fully satisfied, providing the goods
are returned in the condition received. After authorisation and
receipt of the item, we will then issue you a refund excluding the
original delivery charge. If the product has been
registered and course information downloaded we cannot accept
returns unless proven to be faulty.
Please note that we will only accept returns on items in their
original condition. We will not accept items with damaged
packaging or signs of use. To more efficiently process your
return, please email us and we will send you a form to complete
prior to returning your item. After authorisation and receipt of
the item, we will then issue you a refund. |
